Our business is to source land and obtain planning consents to build new homes, shop offices and other properties for the nation. This is supported by our expertise in land, planning, design, construction, stakeholder management, sales and marketing. Our vision is to build meaningful and useful spaces with customers’ needs at heart.

Staffed with an experienced management team, the Group’s notable achievements include.
- Development of residential and commercial units to over 15,000 customer
- Delivery and management of the first shopping malls with cinemas in Taiping and Parit Buntar, Perak
- Development of the first high-rise residential developments in Taiping and Ipoh, Perak.
- Development and management of the largest memorial park group in Northern Malaysia.
- Delivery of Large Scale Solar projects totalling 30MWac

The group was established in 1989 under the leadership of an experienced management team and a humble vision to urbanise and improve the quality of lives within Northern Malaysia. The group has grown and continues to serve >15,000 customers meeting their needs.
Our track record in sourcing land, optimising land use, and delivering in the multi-faceted industries like real estate, renewable energy, agriculture and memorial park over the decades has demonstrated our knowledge and capability to grow with our customers and team, as well as our consistency and resilience throughout the economic cycles.
