We are constantly on the lookout for land and the best use thereof: supported by our colleagues who lend their expertise in land sourcing, planning, design, stakeholder management, sales and marketing, we place-make with customers’ needs at heart, leading to forays into complementary industries such as mall and hotel investment and management.
Additionally, Asiabina has interests in industrial and commercial park development, renewable energy, plantation, and memorial park industries.

- Development of over 15,000 residential and commercial units
- Development of 3 industrial parks and investments in factories in Penang and Perak
- Development of townships in Penang and Perak
- Development of the first high-rise residential developments in Taiping and Ipoh, Perak
- Development and management of the first shopping malls with cinemas in Taiping and Parit Buntar, Perak
- Development of Large Scale Solar projects under LSS 2 and LSS 4 programmes
- Development and management of the largest memorial park group in Northern Malaysia
Our Story
Asiabina was established in 1989 with a vision to urbanise and improve the quality of life of fellow Malaysians.
From its first residential development project in Parit Buntar, we have since expanded geographically and in size with each new venture. We are proud to have repeat customers and supportive long-term partners who have been instrumental in our continued growth through the years, who have enabled us to step up our offerings as the local populace, too, expands and gains in sophistication.
We believe in giving back to the local community – for example, the annual Asiabina Basketball Championship in Parit Buntar, in addition to various ad-hoc causes. As the local community flourishes, we too stand to gain from the return and retention of local talent, thus ensuring the next generation of leaders and place-makers.
